These crêpe samosas are self contained, elegant and ideal for sharing appetizers or serving at receptions. Since you can put in types of fillings or flavors in crêpes, these samosas can be adapted with dessert fillings.

Ingredients
4 Crêpes
100g Goat cheese
50g Crushed walnut
30g Acacia honey
20g Butter
Directions
Cut the savory crêpes in half.
On half of a crêpe, place a spoonful of goat cheese at the bottom.
Drizzle with a little honey, sprinkle with walnut kernels, then fold the crêpe in half to make a long rectangle.
Fold the crêpe into small, tight triangles, close by sliding the last pan of crêpe into the fold.
Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
Heat a pan with the butter.
Brown the samosas for a few minutes on each side.
Enjoy hot, dipped in a sauce of your choice.
