Refund Policy
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@flipcrepes.com or call 312-504-2541. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it free of charge and refund your total payment. However, if your order has already shipped, we will refund your payment minus the costs associated with shipping and recalling the package. Please note that we send email updates when your order is confirmed and shipped, but we cannot be held responsible if you fail to receive these notifications due to mis-typing your email address, email firewalls, spam filters, etc.
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Perishable goods, such as food, typically cannot be returned. However, if your food item was damaged during shipping or the quality is compromised, you may initiate a return process with us.
To initiate a return, please provide the following:

Clear photographs showing the product damage (if any)

A photo of the lot code stamped on the product

A receipt or proof of purchase
Please email this information to us at info@flipcrepes.com or through our contact page within 30 days of your purchase.
Return Shipping & Restocking:

Flipcrepes will cover return shipping costs and provide a return label if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged (upon approval after photo/video review).

If the item is as described and not defective, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. In such cases, a prepaid return label will still be provided, and a flat fee of $7.99 to $9.99 (depending on item type) will be deducted from the refund to cover standard return shipping costs.

We do not charge any restocking fees.
REFUNDS
Once your return or refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment or credit card.
If you’re awaiting your refund:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
