Returns and Exchanges

• Food and Consumable products: Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept a return. If you received incorrect or damaged products, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
• Flipcrepes.com does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our warehouse or fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Any incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of reported delivery. We do not accept returns for packaging change.
• Equipment & Parts: Our policy lasts 30 days on equipment and parts. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
