To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com or call 312-504-2541. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it free of charge and refund your total payment. However, if your order has already shipped, we will refund your payment minus the costs associated with shipping and recalling the package. Please note that we send email updates when your order is confirmed and shipped, but we cannot be held responsible if you fail to receive these notifications due to mis-typing your email address, email firewalls, spam filters, etc.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Perishable goods, such as food, typically cannot be returned. However, if your food item was damaged during shipping or the quality is compromised, you may initiate a return process with us.
To initiate a return, you must provide us with the following information:
- Photographs of the products received with damage (if any)
- A photograph of the lot code stamped on the product
- A receipt or proof of purchase
Once we approve your refund, we will process it within ten days and apply the credit to your original method of payment or credit card. If you are looking for your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
