4 Froment Crêpes* (soft-wheat)
4 slices premium ham
1 Boursin® cheese spread or
1 Stick of Philadelphia® Cream Cheese
2 Sprigs of fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives)
Wash and chop the fresh herbs.
Spread the Boursin® cheese on the crêpe. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Cover with a slice of ham and roll up, tightening the edges properly.
Wrap these crêpe rolls in plastic wrap, tighten tightly and place in the fridge until ready to cut before serving.
