Shipping Policy

At Flipcrêpes, we are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent service. Please review our shipping policy for information on shipping costs, delivery times, and international shipping.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATES

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, Monday through Friday. However, during the holiday season, you may experience delays of 2-3 days in shipping. SHIPPING COSTS

For orders over $50 (after any promotion codes have been applied), we offer free shipping within the continental US, AK and HI. Our current shipping rates start at $7.99 for all other orders within the US. From time to time, we may offer other specials.

HOLIDAY/WEEKEND SHIPPING

We use UPS Ground or USPS for shipments and estimate seven days for a shipment to arrive on the East Coast. However, delivery times are subject to shipping traffic and carrier service interruptions. Please contact us if you have any questions about your shipment.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

We typically ship orders within one business day. During busy holiday periods, it may take longer. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or company holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you live outside of the US, please note that you are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees imposed by your country of residence. Flipcrêpes is not responsible for packages held by international customs agencies. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

If you do not pick up your package from your local post office or delivery center and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

ADDRESS ERRORS

Please ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly. If a package cannot be delivered due to an error in your shipping address, Flipcrêpes is not responsible for any additional fees associated with rerouting or reshipping the package. If you choose not to have the package rerouted or reshipped, we will refund your order minus the shipping costs.
