100g Goat cheese
50g Crushed walnut
30g Acacia honey
20g Butter
Cut the savory crêpes in half.
On half of a crêpe, place a spoonful of goat cheese at the bottom.
Drizzle with a little honey, sprinkle with walnut kernels, then fold the crêpe in half to make a long rectangle.
Fold the crêpe into small, tight triangles, close by sliding the last pan of crêpe into the fold.
Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
Heat a pan with the butter.
Brown the samosas for a few minutes on each side.
Enjoy hot, dipped in a sauce of your choice.
