How much is standard shipping?

Orders over $19.99 ship free! All other orders of non-perishable products ship for a flat rate of $7.99.

Heavyweight shipping may apply on orders over a certain heavy weight limit and/or on commercial orders, depending on zip codes.

Free shipping and the flat rate ground shipping exclude Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and the US Territories.

Standard shipping only applies to orders under 20 lbs. In some instances, there may be a heavy weight surcharge applies to orders over 20 lbs.

    How much is expedited shipping?

    Overnight and 2-Day expedited shipping are available at checkout. Expedited shipping charges may vary depending on your destination zip codes and/or package weight. Cut-off for expedited shipping is 3 PM EST during Monday and Friday. Please note there is no weekend delivery for expedited orders.

    Where do you ship?

    We currently only ship with the contiguous US & Canada

    How long does it take to get my order?

    Orders placed by 12 PM EST will usually ship the same day.

    How do I track my order?

    You will receive emails that will update you on the progress of your order, or simply log into your account here to find the order #, and click on the track order widget at the bottom left corner of your screen. 

    Who will be delivering my order?

    We ship via USPS & FedEx to provide you with the most reliable service available. 

    Do I need to be there to sign for my order?

    No, if you’re not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman. 

    Do you ship to PO Box?

    It depends. Currently we can only ship to very limited number of PO Box addresses, depending on package size and distance. To ensure delivery, please provide both PO Box address and non-PO Box address at checkout. 

    Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

    No, at this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses. We currently only ship within the contiguous US. 

    What happens if my package gets lost?

    All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


    What is your return policy?

    Food and Consumable products: Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept a return. If you received incorrect or damaged products, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our warehouse or fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Any incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of reported delivery. We do not accept returns for packaging change.

    Equipment & Parts: Our policy lasts 30 days on equipment and parts. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

      How long does it take for me to get a refund?

      For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 business days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

      I am returning an item purchased with FliP Rewards or Gift Card, how does refund work?

      Orders with FliP Rewards or Gift Cards as payment will be refunded back to Rewards Account or Gift Card for your convenience.
