At this time time, we ship only in the US.

Our standard shipping carrier of choice is USPS, but depending on your location, we may also offer UPS and FEDEX as a shipping option.

If you order is received before 12:00pm CST, it should be processed and shipped on the same day. The delivery time will vary from 1 to 3 days depending on your location. We also offer, express shipping option at checkout,

Once your order is processed and ready to ship, we will email you your tracking number. You can click on that number and it will take you to the carrier's website and will give you an up to date status. You should also receive delivery status update from us.

You can also log in your account, click on your order and track your order from there.

In some states, we are compelled by law to collect state sales tax. We collect sales tax in areas where we are required by law to do so. Taxes are computed based on the items ordered and the shipping destination.

You will be charged the taxes that appear in your order upon checkout.

You will not be charged tax if your state is exempt. In some states, shipping fees are taxed as well.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact Flipcrêpes Customer Support as soon as possible. If the product has not been shipped yet, we will be able to refund the order.

If your product has already been shipped by the time you contact us, you will be able to return it to us for a refund as long as the item is intact and in it's original packaging.

Please note that we do not accept returns on perishable good. Once it is shipped out, perishable products are considered used and cannot be returned. If you ordered a non-perishable item, and the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us so that we can issue a replacement or refund.

We have a variety of shipping options available, with prices varying based on how quickly you need your order to arrive.

Before completing your order, you'll always be able to select a delivery option and see how much it will cost.

We ship all around the world... Please provide here you own shipping information, including times, prices, options etc.

This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. Please see International Orders for more details.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at (012) 123 - 4567

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.
