Does Flipcrepes.com ship to international destinations?
Yes, we ship Worldwide. We are a US based business, and all of our shipments depart for our US warehouses. Keep in mind that when ordering from abroad, there may additional custom taxes to pay, which you (customer) are responsible for.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and ready to ship, we will email you your tracking number. You can click on that number and it will take you to the carrier's website and will give you an up to date status. You should also receive delivery status update from us.

Please note that we do not accept returns on perishable good. Once it is shipped out, perishable products are considered used and cannot be returned. If you ordered a non-perishable item, and the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us so that we can issue a replacement or refund.
