It depends on the type of class. Some Private Online Class Events will includes an package containing certain ingredients or tools shipped to you detrimental to the class. In this case the class description will mention that some ingredients or tools are included in the pricing.

Please note that class programs including a shipped package are non-refundable in most cases after supplies are purchased, or we provide a Tracking number to guests.


Booking for these types of classes require a 2 weeks booking in advance so the supplies can be prepared and shipped in time. It is not possible to add extra devices within 2 weeks of the class date.


We also offer Private Group Events that includes a 5 or 10 devices access base pricing. It is possible to add extra devices. There is also a bulk discount of 2% OFF per every added 10 devices.

For instance, is base cost is $500 for 10 device-access, $45 per extra devices and you need 25 devices-access. We'll calculate the pricing this way. $500 + (10 x $45 - 2% OFF) + (5 x $45) = $1,166.00.


Live Online Classes are a Non-Taxable service.

Our Online classes are typically 1.½ to 2 hours in length unless otherwise noted.

Our online cooking classes are hosted Real-Time via Zoom® Meeting (classes are shown in Standard Central Time). You’ll need to download your prep packet with instructions, Checklists and shopping list beforehand, and give yourself enough time to assemble all the necessary tools and ingredients.


Before class begins, you’ll need to have Zoom® installed on your tablet or laptop (you can download it here). Set up your laptop or tablet in the kitchen for easy viewing while you cook. Every online classes are live, so you can ask your chef instructor questions as you go. At the end of the class, you’ll have delicious food to enjoy.

First, you should browse Online Cooking Classes. On the left sidebar, you'll find a way to filter the classes. Click on the class image to read the synopsis & Reviews on the class, and the 'Book Now' button when you are ready to pick a date and time and add Attendees. For Open Date Classes, you can browse Online Cooking Classes. first. On the left sidebar, you'll find a way to filter the classes. Click on the class image to read the synopsis & Reviews on the class, and the 'Book Now' button when you are ready to select a date and time and add Attendees (bottom left corner). Once your done, press the 'Add to cart' button and go through the check out process. Your reservation will be confirmed automatically and you will receive emails to confirm. Prior to the class an email with your access password(s) will be sent to you.


For Private Group Events, once you have selected a class, simply fill-out the Request form. We'll respond to you within a couple of hours to confirm that the date you selected is available or not and may have to follow up with a phone call. Once you request is accepted, we'll manually open up class date and will email you the instructions to Book online. The process, then, is the same as booking a Open Date Class.

You should login and test your equipment 10 minutes before the course start time. Your login password will be emailed to you prior to the class.

Very Important: Please remember to test your speakers and microphone to ensure the Chef can hear and see you.

During a class, you will see the Instructor and the other participants. To ensure everyone can instructions clearly during the call, we ask that everyone follows some online cooking class best practices:

  1. Some may choose to turn off the camera and follow the class along, but to improve the whole interactive experience and have the instructor engage with you we recommend that you turn on your camera.
  2. Depending on the size and type of event, we may have to turn everyone to mute in order to reduce background noise and allow everyone else to hear the instructions clearly. If you need to talk to the instructor, simply un-mute yourself, or ask to be un-muted by raising your hand, if you need assistance.
  3. On most Open Date Classes, participants can interact with the Instructor publicly using the microphone.
  4. There will be some Q&A times at toward the end of the class or any time times allows, so you can use the Chat box to interact privately with the Chef if needed.
  5. Open Date Classes may not offer the possibility for participants to interact on video with one another depending of the size of class. If you need to chat with another friend participant let us know so we can turn on the private chat box among Participants, or simply use Facetime from another device and ensure that you are muted during conversations.
