This is our Savory Buckwheat & Millet Gluten Free crêpes, Oladyi & Baking Mix in 16oz pack.
Our Mix is a natural blend of various old grains, rice & millet flours. It is manufactured in an allergen-free and gluten-free facility. No risk of nut allergies. Our flours are GMO-free.
Our mixes do not contain any dairy ingredients such as powdered milk or eggs and do not contain any trans fat. You can easily make dairy-free Crêpes or pancakes by substituting milk with almond or rice milk.
