I opted for simplicity - plain old butter and sugar, but what better way to taste the crêpe?
It was heaven...I was so sad when it was gone! The batter was lightly flavored with cinnamon, the crêpe was exactly the right texture and consistency...love love love!!!!! By far one of the best, most authentic crêpe I have had outside of France, and trust me when I tell you that I have been looking for a long time!
