How did FIiP Crêpes start?FliP crêpes started selling crêpes in Chicago Farmers Markets back in 2003-2004. In December 2009, we opened our first location inside the Chicago French Markets, at the Ogilvy Transportation Center. We now serve delicious, portable crêpes to the commuters and employees from surrounding offices. We cater private events and corporations and offer cooking classes on the art of making crêpes as well.
What makes FIiP Crêpes stand out from crêperies?Although our specialty is serving crêpes, we consider ourselves part of the broader picture. We belong to the Healthy-Quick Service Restaurant Industry and we provide a Unique experience through the making of made-to-order healthy & delicious food, most inspired from around the world. What makes us stand out from other Quick Service restaurant is that our food is wrapped in a All-natural wheat/gluten free crêpes.
