Our Story
FliP Crêpes started selling Crêpes in Chicago Farmers Markets back in 2003-2004. In December 2009, we opened our first location inside the Chicago French Markets, at the Ogilvy Transportation Center. We now serve delicious, portable Crêpes to the commuters and employees from surrounding offices. We cater private events and corporations and offer cooking classes on the art of making Crêpes as well.
Concept
FliP Crêpes offers a variety of Original Healthy recipes that are wrapped inside an All-Natural wheat-crepe! It's Good for everyone and at anytime of the day; FliP Crêpes also offer a outstanding choice on the menu that is totally customizable!-- my FIiP, my way!

One of our mission is to always serve unique, delicious tasting food, while offering right options for vegetarians and dieters.
Sustainability
In order to provide an actually healthy/organic and tasty meal alternative to consumers, we commit to use only healthy & quality ingredients in our recipes; We also try to remove , as much as possible, ingredients with High Fructose Corn Syrup (HSCS) content off of our shelves, nor do we use ingredients that do not meet our high quality standards or we do not consider healthy.
