How do I register for a class?


To find a class, Click on the "Book a Class" link on the top menu. You must Sign-Up in order to view the calendar & register for a class. If you already Signed-Up for a Class in the past, please Sign-in with your email address and the password you created then. Once, signed-up/Signed-in you may create a new booking & view the calendar featuring a listing of all classes offered at our location, month by month. We usually schedule 3 to 4 months ahead. Click the type of classe you want to attend from the side menu on the left, and select a class you want to attend. Clicking on 'Info', will provide you with further details on the class. Click 'Book' to view the dates and time. Enter the number of participants you wish to reserve in the 'option 1.' box. Click the 'Book' button, and proceed until your 'Confirm Booking' Payment in full is required at the time of registration.

How do I redeem my Voucher?


If you own a Voucher or Promotional Code, click on 'Promotion Code' in the 'Got a promotion / voucher code?' box, and enter your promotion code exactly how it appears on your Voucher. You may enter several codes, separated by a ',' (comma), as long as they are the exact same deals or offers. If you own several different vouchers; i.e. Three Sweet crêpes Voucher for One person & One Sweet crêpes Voucher for Two people, you will need to first redeem your vouchers for One person, and then 'Add another Class' to enter the Promotion code for the Sweet crêpes for Two People. Your Groupon, Travelzoo, Living-social ...etc are programmed in our system so you can book up to the expiration but with an extended 30 day grace period. You should be able to book online up to 30 days past the expiration date. If you do not see any dates available before the 30 days extension, find a date on the Calendar within 90 days past the expiration date and fill-in the Assist Form HERE so we can make a reservation for you. Please note that if you upload your voucher, it will accelerate the process.

Where do the classes take place?


All of our classes are held at our new classes and catering facility, located at 2136 W. Fulton St. Chicago IL 60612

How long are classes?


The duration of a class is noted in the 'Info' area, under the 'Class Stats' tab; but most classes are 2 to 2½ hours in length.

Do I need to set up an account?


When you book for a class, you will be asked to create an account and choose a password. We ask that you do this so that we can provide you with a higher level of service and security for this and future transactions. You only need to enter this information once. Creating an account will allow you to review a list of your prior attendance & manage your Bookings at any time. Account holders can edit contact information at any time by signing-in. Items marked with an * are required. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email of your registration. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@FliPchefs.com.

What is your cancellation policy for classes?


You may cancel your registration for a class up to 48 hours in advance of the class starting time and receive a full refund or transfer to another class of equal value. To cancel a registration, please call our customer service department, 888.808.3547 between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (option #3) or email at info@FliPChefs.com. A reschedule fee of $20 will be required on classes that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice prior to the class. FliPChefs.com reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment, chef illness or inclement weather. We will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund or you may request to be transferred to another class of your choice (depending on availability). If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.

Can you put me on a waiting list?


Unfortunately, because our booking system is auto-managed by the students, our reservations are done on a first come, first serve basis. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours minimum before class, so we suggest that you keep checking the calendar up to 48 hours prior to class or call 888.808.3547 (Option #3) or email us at info@FliPChefs.com of your interest for a potential opening on that date.

What should I wear?


We ask that you wear comfortable, casual clothing and flat comfortable shoes. We will provide you with aprons, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please do not wear open toed shoes or sandals.

Are your classes B.Y.O.B.?


Yes, all of our classes are B.Y.O.B., we also sell drip coffee during certain classes and Soft Drinks. We also encourage anyone with a strong food preference to bring some of their favorite fillings

Is there an age restriction?


The Age restriction depends on the type of class and it is noted in the 'Info' area, under the 'Class Stats' tab; All children & Teenagers should be under the supervision of a chaperone durng the class. We also provide steps tools for the little ones, and chairs for everyone to rest their legs during the class.

Is there free street parking?


There are plenty of free street parking on weekday evenings & Saturdays

Do we need to bring an aprons?


Not unless you'd feel more comfortable in your own. All of our classes provide aprons.
