Voucher expiring soon? and no dates available? You may have noticed that there are only few dates available (if any) before your voucher expires. In order to accommodate everyone, we decided to honor any vouchers for 90 days past the expiration dates as long as the reservation is made before the expiration date.
F.A.Q.: The month does not show up in Calendar, why? When a date is booked to full capacity it disapears from the calendar. If the entire month is booked, then it will not show up in the calendar. Our scheduling system is live, and if someone cancel their reservation online, it will re-open the date. We recommend to check the calendar frequently.
How many spaces to reserve: when you book your class, make sure to reserve 1 space per person - i.e. if you have a voucher good for 2, book 2 spaces.
Check or change your reservation Status: You can check your reservation status online at www.bookingbug.com. Log-in using the email address & password your provided when booking your class.
OUR 10 BOOKING 'COMMANDMENTS':
- Calendar: To see the calendar & dates available, select your class (below), and click on 'Book'
- Select a Date: Pick a date from the calendar! The available dates are in Green; When a date is fully booked, it will NOT Show on Calendar.
- Book spaces: Select appropriate amount of Space you are booking for: 1 space per person; Yes, you can book for your friends' vouchers. Provide us with at least 1 voucher Number, everyone should bring a non expired voucher the day of the class
- Dont have a Voucher? If you have NOT purchased a Class Voucher from any Daily Deal Websites, but would like to participate in one of our classes, pre-pay for it now, CLICK HERE. TO PAY FOR AN EXTENSION VOUCHER, PLEASE, CLICK HERE.
- Create Account: Provide us croed your correct Contact information and Create your Password you will remember (use it to access your reservation and make changes).
- Valid Voucher: Tell us where your purchase your Voucher and Enter your Voucher(s) Number; Have your voucher(s) handy.
- Check-Out: Proceed until you click on 'check out'; you will receive a Confirmation Email within 5-10 minutes, and a reminder email 24H prior to Class.
- Confirmation Email: The email will give you instructions on how to change or cancel your reservation.
- Check Reservation Status:You can check your reservation status online at www.bookingbug.com. Log-in using the email address & password your provided when booking your class.
- Bring Valid Vouchers:The Day of the Class bring your Purchase Voucher as proof of purchase.
