Where do the classes take place?All of our classes are held at our new classes and catering facility, located at 2136 N. Clinton St. Chicago IL 60612
I do not know what class my voucher is for?
We sell class vouchers through our own website as well as several daily deal website. If you have purchased a Voucher for our Classes from Groupon, for instance, you should have received an email with you voucher from them. You can also access your account from that Daily Deal Company to retrieve your voucher. Usually, the Class or the choice or class the voucher is to be used for is listed on that voucher.
Can I use my voucher for a different class?If the original value of your voucher is inferior to the one listed on our website, you will have to purchase an upgrade voucher. Our policy is simple: simply subtract the price of the class you would like to attend to the original value of your voucher. The difference is the price for the upgrade voucher you will need to register for the class. In order to get an upgrade Voucher, inquire through our contact form here.
My Voucher is expiring soon? and there are no dates available?You may have noticed that there are only few dates available (if any) before your voucher expires. In order to accommodate everyone, we decided to honor any vouchers for 90 days past the expiration dates as long as the reservation is made before the expiration date.
The month does not show up in Calendar, why?When a date is booked to full capacity it disapears from the calendar. If the entire month is booked, then it will not show up in the calendar. Our scheduling system is live, and if someone cancel their reservation online, it will re-open the date. We recommend to check the calendar frequently.
Can you put me on a waiting list if someone cancels?Unfortunately, because our booking system is auto-managed by the students, our reservations are done on a First come, First Serve. Our Cancellation policy is 48H minimum before class, so we suggest that you keep checking the calendar up to 48H prior to class or call 312.675.8752 to see if someone cannot make it the same day.
What if I decided to cancel with in the minimum 48H notice?ALL No-shows or Late cancellation notice will be subject to a reschedule fee ($15/students); TO PAY A NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION RESCHEDULING FEE PLEASE CLICK HERE.
How many spaces do I have to reserve?when you book your class, make sure to reserve 1 space per person - i.e. if you have a voucher good for 2, book 2 spaces.
Only 1 space is available, but I need 2; can we squeeze 1 more person?No, we can only have as many students as we have space available.
How can I check or change my reservation Status?You can check your reservation status online at www.bookingbug.com. Log-in using the email address & password you provided when booking your class and cancel your class. Then re-schedule through our website when you have found a date.
Do I need to bring an apron & hat?No, we will provide you with aprons and hats.
How long are the classes?The classes last from 1:30H to 4H depending on the class you purchased. Simply click on the Crêpe Class Menu and select your class to find out more details.

Are your classes B.Y.O.B.?Yes, all of our classes are B.Y.O.B., we also sell drip coffee during certain classes and Soft Drinks. We also encourage anyone with a strong food preference to bring some of their favorite fillings.
Do you have an age restriction?We recommend at least 6yo, however, all children should be under the supervision of a chaperon durng the class. We also provide steps tools for the little ones, and chairs for everyone to rest their legs during the class.
Should I eat before coming to the crêpes Class?No, we usually about 12 crepes per stations during most classes; if you are scheduled for a Sweet crêpe class during the evening, we recommend that you eat a light dinner.
Is there free street parking?There are plenty of free street parking on the side streets on Saturdays.
